Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services, programmes, retreats and digital products provided by Hannah Stöffelbauer (The Art of Creating Yourself®), both in person and online.

2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded as soon as Hannah Stöffelbauer confirms the booking of a coaching appointment. For purchases via the online shop, the contract is concluded when the order is completed at checkout.

3. Services

  • Life coaching in person or online

  • The duration and scope of the sessions are agreed individually

4. Prices and payment

  • Payment by Visa, PayPal or credit card

  • Invoices are due upon receipt without deduction

  • All prices include statutory VAT, where applicable

5. Cancellation of appointments

  • Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance

  • In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full price will be charged

6. Liability

  • The coaching services do not replace medical or psychological treatment

  • No liability is accepted for the personal decisions of clients

7. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

  • Austrian law applies

  • The place of jurisdiction is Steyr, Austria

9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer and book or buy online or at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us with a clear statement (e.g. by email) that you wish to withdraw: Hannah Stöffelbauer, Wiesenweg 12, 4400 Steyr, Austria, hannah.stoeffelbauer@icloud.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Services starting within the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that a session, coaching or programme starts before the withdrawal period ends and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to that point. Your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided, provided that you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

Digital content
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (e.g. online programmes, workbooks, PDFs), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as access or delivery begins, provided that you expressly agreed to immediate access before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.

Leisure services on specific dates
There is no right of withdrawal for leisure services and accommodation provided on a specific date or within a specific period (e.g. retreats with fixed dates) (§ 18 (1) 10 FAGG). The cancellation terms agreed for the respective offer apply.
