4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, e.g. for the contact form or the newsletter).

5. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address (and your name, if provided) solely to send you our newsletter. The newsletter is sent via Squarespace Email Campaigns. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by sending us an email.

6. Disclosure of data
Data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. payment providers: PayPal, Visa, credit card companies) or required by law.

7. Cookies, tracking and external content
Our website only uses necessary cookies. Analytics services or marketing tools are only used with your explicit consent.

Please note that external content (e.g. images from Pinterest) may be embedded on the website. The privacy policies of these external services apply to the processing of data by them.
